A movie that produce at 2018 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the sequel to 2012's The Avengers and 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron, and the nineteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, and features an ensemble cast including Robert Downey Jr.Chris HemsworthMark RuffaloChris EvansScarlett JohanssonBenedict CumberbatchDon CheadleTom HollandChadwick BosemanPaul BettanyElizabeth OlsenAnthony MackieSebastian StanDanai GuriraLetitia WrightDave BautistaZoe SaldanaJosh Brolin, and Chris Pratt. In Avengers: Infinity War, the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy attempt to stop Thanos from amassing the all-powerful Infinity Stones.
The trailer begins with a nod back to The Avengers with Samuel L Jackson proclaiming: "There was an idea… " Does this hint at a return for the man who brought them all together, Nick Fury?
We're then treated to all the Avengers with the exception of Ant-Man (though, obvs, he could be flying around there somewhere). The Vision and Scarlet Witch seem to be sharing a moment, whilst we loved seeing Peter Parker's Spidey senses tingling and then in action in his new Iron Spider suit.
Also worth noting is the return of the Hulkbuster armour – which may be hiding an oversized secret – and more recent additions Black Panther and Okoye fighting alongside the Winter Soldier, Black Widow, Iron Man, Hulk, Falcon and Captain America.
And what's Loki doing with the Tesseract…?
Finally, at the very end, we're treated to an eye-patched Thor meeting the Guardians of the Galaxy gang. Second look at the film came at Super Bowl 2018, including a look at Captain America's new shield.

Talking about Captain America. Maybe about how, after six Marvel Studios films featuring Chris Evans in the role, we’ve gotten to the point where it is not possible to trace where Evans ends and where Captain begins. I think about how he’s evolved from a character whose duty was to serve his country into a character whose country let him down. I think about how he bicep-curled a helicopter.
And after watching Avengers: Infinity War, I’ve thought a lot about what happens when Captain America dies.
“We don’t trade lives,” Steve Rogers, who is Captain, says Vision around the film’s middlepoint, explaining that the Avengers leave no men, women, or any other forms of life behind. But as we see half the world’s population (including some of our favorite Avengers) decimated at the movie’s end, it’s not hard to foresee an outcome in next year’s Avengers 4 where Cap is put in the position of trading his life for others’.
seven years have past since Evans donned the stars and stripes for Captain America: The First Avenger. It was the time that he’s evolved from a selfless patriot to a man out of time to a prodigal son. Now, with the future of the universe at stake, the table is set for what could be the biggest moment in the character’s cinematic life.
Given Cap’s character arc, which has always been underscored by his selflessness, and how much Infinity War emphasized his stance on “trading lives,” it certainly seems like a noble sacrifice to save the universe lies in his future. And even if it somehow doesn’t come to that, he’s already cemented his legacy as Earth’s most enduring Avenger.
